Emalyon is an accomplished musician whose narrative-driven work spans the entire sonic spectrum, from intimate acoustic storytelling to high-energy electronic production. Originally from Northwest Ohio and seasoned by twelve years as a Nashville native, Emalyon holds a Bachelor’s degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston and a Master’s degree from Berklee Valencia in Spain.
In her recent creative projects, Emalyon explores a vast stylistic range, effortlessly shifting across folk, rock, and dark pop, inspired by bands such as Fleetwood Mac, Fink, Feist, Charli XCX, Hayley Williams, and Caroline Polachek.
She also writes under another moniker, Forester Wolf, composing instrumental music works.
”There is something hymnally pure about Emalyon’s vocal force, and that is not force in the obvious sense. It is demure, arcane and haunted by the kind of bittersweet sorrow that tells you Emalyon leaves their soul wide open to the beauty and agony of reality.”
- Amelia Vandergast A&R Factory
"Having carefully crafted an immersive and instinctive musicality that's as haunting as it heartfelt, Emalyon continues to push the boundaries of genre led by a hypnotic blend of bold instrumental layers, expressive vocals and powerful narratives.”
- Malvika Paldin Earmilk
